United Parcel Service provides our standard shipping service. We ship your in-stock purchases from our kitchens here in Virginia within four days of receipt of order. Your items should arrive at their destination within 5-7 business days from date of shipment. Orders shipped via UPS can be tracked online using the tracking code provided. Orders shipped via other means cannot be tracked using an automated system. UPS shipping rates are determined automatically online by the weight of your order and your Ship To location. Please call Customer Services to arrange for special shipping arrangements 1-800-723-SOUP. Oversized or heavy orders may require extra charges. In order to better serve you, please provide us with a daytime and evening telephone number in case we need to clarify your order.
